I strongly believe that a wedding cake should not just look beautiful but should taste delicious.  Your wedding cake will be different to other cakes you've tried, as I am passionate about the flavour, quality and ingredients that will go into it.

Ingredients include local free range eggs, butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla, Belgium cocoa and chocolate. 

Each tier contains a minimum of four even layers of sponge, carefully assembled with lashings of filling, a layer of decadent chocolate ganache and sweet fondant icing used to achieve a sharp, clean edge.  This ensures that your wedding cake looks as elegant on the plate as it does on display 

Classic Vanilla 

Madagascan vanilla infused sponge with a silky smooth Italian meringue vanilla buttercream with an option of raspberry, strawberry or blackcurrant preserve.


Champagne and Strawberry 

Madagascan vanilla sponge drizzled with Marc du Champagne liquor syrup, filled with Italian meringue buttercream and strawberry preserve. 

Mocha and Pecan 

Artisan espresso coffee infused sponge with alternating layers of chocolate sponge and  crushed pecans and smooth espresso buttercream.

Tangy Lemon and Passion Fruit

A moist lemon cake with lemon zest, layered with lemon Italian meringue buttercream and tangy passion fruit curd

Luxury Lemon 

A moist lemon cake with lemon zest drizzled with a zingy lemon syrup, layered with lemon buttercream and lemon curd preserve.

Red Velvet

Delicious moist, deep red sponge with tangy light vanilla flavouring with a hint of chocolate, paired with silky smooth Italian meringue buttercream

White chocolate and Passion Fruit

Decadent white chocolate sponge with a passion fruit curd and delicious white chocolate silky smooth buttercream


Delux Salted Caramel

A rich chocolate sponge made with Belgium chocolate, layered with a salted caramel sauce with sea salt flakes, covered with a layer of dark chocolate ganache.

Double Chocolate Cookie Crunch

A rich chocolate sponge infused with crushed Oreo cookies and layered with an Oreo and vanilla buttercream filling.

Chocolate Praline 

A rich chocolate sponge with Belgium chocolate layered with a delicious hazelnut praline (contains nuts).

Lux Signature Fruit Cake

A brandy soaked fruit rich traditional fruitcake covered with a delicious almond white marzipan layer.


Delux Dark Chocolate

A rich, decadent chocolate cake made with real Belgium chocolate and layered with a dark chocolate ganache with the option of orange curd and or vanilla buttercream for a zesty or lighter alternative. A chocoholics delight.

Wild Blackberry and Apple Crumble

Subtly spiced sponge with apple, cinnamon, mixed spice with layers of delicious crumble, blackberry preserve and cinnamon and mixed spice buttercream  

Lemon and Elderflower Infusion

Light, fluffy lemon sponge with a subtle floral lemon and elderflower curd along with elderflower buttercream
