I strongly believe that cakes should not just look beautiful but should taste delicious. Your wedding cake will be different to other cakes you've tried, as I am passionate about the flavour, quality and ingredients that will go into it.
Ingredients include local free range eggs, real butter, Madagascan bourbon vanilla, Belgium cocoa and chocolate. All my cakes are covered with a layer of white, milk or dark chocolate ganache before covering with fondant in order to achieve a sharp, clean edge.
Each tier contains four even layers of sponge, carefully assembled with lashings of filling, ensuring the cake looks as elegant on the plate as it does on display
Classic Vanilla Cake
Madagascan vanilla sponge, with a silky smooth Italian meringue vanilla buttercream and raspberry preserve.
Champagne and Strawberry Cake
Madagascan vanilla sponge drizzled with Marc du Champagne liquor syrup, filled with Italian meringue buttercream and strawberry preserve, covered with our delicious white chocolate ganache.

A light chocolate sponge infused with crushed Oreo cookies and layered with an Oreo and Italian meringue vanilla buttercream
Chocolate Praline Cake
A light chocolate sponge with Belgium chocolate layered with a delicious hazelnut praline (contains nuts).
