I will guide you in creating a beautiful wedding cake which will be an eye-catching focal point at your reception, elegantly tying in your theme and defining the space.
All my wedding cakes are unique and tailor-made to order, therefore prices vary depending on the size, flavour and intricacy of a design, so its highly recommended to book a consultation for a more accurate quote and of course to sample some of my delicious flavours.
I use only the very best ingredients, to ensure that my cakes taste as good as they look. My attention to detail is also second to none. When deciding on your cake and flavours, you will be pleased to know that each of your tiers are a minimum of 5" deep, so you will be certain to wow your guests with a fabulous tall cake, with more importantly a lot more cake than a traditional tiered wedding cake. Each cake is covered with a layer of Belgium white chocolate, using a deliciously smooth technique to create a decadent chocolate ganache. The cakes are also covered with a layer of fondant icing.

SAVE THE DATE
A non-refundable, non-transferable save the date deposit of £50.00 secures your date firmly in my diary. All dates are on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, due to demand I cannot hold any dates without a deposit.
Once availability has been checked, we'll arrange a mutually convenient time to get together for coffee. We'll look through any images you may have saved and chat through your wedding details and wedding style so that I can fully understand how I can design a wedding cake that will fit in perfectly with your ideas. It's useful if you can bring along your invitations, pictures of your flowers, bridesmaids dresses and any other images you may have. Don't worry if you haven't got any firm ideas, lots of couple's book their cakes with me before they've finalised their plans. I may even be able to help point you in the right direction to get you started.
If you decide that a cake from Samantha's Cake Design is for you, you can secure your date with a deposit of £50.00. I will then arrange for you to receive a sample box containing an assortment of six of my delicious flavours for you to try in your own time. I'll then sketch a design incorporating the elements of your wedding and we'll finalise all the details, such as guest numbers, chosen flavours, personalisation and price over email.
PAYMENT AND ON THE DAY
You can relax in the lead up to your wedding day knowing you're in safe hands. The balance of your wedding cake is due one month before your wedding. I will contact you two weeks before your wedding to reconfirm all the details. On the day I'll deliver your wedding cake, make sure it's properly set up and looking absolutely beautiful.
The price of a wedding cake will vary depending on the flavour of the cake, the size and number of tiers, as well as the intricacy of the design. Using my expert knowledge I will guide you through the various options, which include different styles of flowers, roses and modern techniques to enable you to have a dream wedding cake in accordance with your budget.

2 tier iced wedding cake to serve 30-50 starts from £295.00 (5" and 7" tiers)
3 tier iced wedding cake to serve 60-80 starts from £425.00 (4'', 6'', 8'' tiers)
3 tier iced wedding cake to serve 80 starts from £495.00 (5'', 7'' ,9'' tiers)
4 tier iced wedding cake to serve 120 starts from £595.00 (4", 6", 8", 10")

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
I require a deposit of £50.00 to secure your date. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cleared payment of the entire balance must be received for your cake to be completed.
In the event of non-payment of the balance, I reserve the right to consider the order cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Cake orders which are cancelled at short notice (within 6 weeks of a wedding or event) will still be charged for in full as I am rarely able to rebook dates at such short notice. Any work carried out is also chargeable.
For wedding or events with less than six weeks' notice, full payment is required at the time of ordering and is non-refundable. If you have any concerns or questions at any stage please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
As part of my service I offer a personal delivery and set up service. I will liaise with your venue prior to delivery to schedule a delivery slot and check that all arrangements for assembly such as cake stand and table have been taken care of. Please contact me for more details on pricing for this service. There is a small delivery charge of £50.00 delivery charge for all wedding cakes delivered.
Please note that at the point of delivery the cake becomes the responsibility of the venue, this is confirmed in the form of a signature by a nominated person i.e. your wedding planner or other member of staff at your venue.
Samantha's Cake Design cakes contain butter, gluten (wheat) and eggs and are made in an environment that handles nuts, soya and alcohol. Nut, gluten and alcohol free cakes can be made on request. However, I cannot guarantee no cross contamination due to the nature of production.
Samantha's Cake Design accepts no liability to customers suffering from an allergic reaction from eating our products.
It is the clients responsibility to inform all parties consuming a Samantha's Cake Design product of the afore mentioned.
Where possible I will accommodate changes you wish to make to your cake and will charge you any extra costs incurred at our discretion. I ask that no changes are made 4 weeks prior to delivery.
